1. Shipping
Processing of prints require maximum 5 days, after which it will be shipped. Original paintings will be shipped within 24h of order.
Local mailing (within Singapore):
Free delivery!
Orders will be mailed via Singpost Basic Mail. For orders above 50 SGD, the tracking number will be be attached in the completion email after your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery time will be around 3 days.
International mailing:
Flat rate: 6 SGD
Free shipping for orders above 50 SGD.
Orders will be mailed via Singpost Registered Service. Tracking number will be attached in the completion email to you after your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery time will be around 3 weeks.

2. Packaging
Orders will be packed with hard cardboard backing in a plastic sleeve to ensure safe arrival.
It will also come along with a handwritten card <3
3. Checkout
After checking out, do check your email for the confirmation receipt. Check the Spam folder if it cannot be found in Inbox.
Another completion email will be sent after your order has been shipped, containing the tracking number (if applicable).
3. Commissions
For commissions, do refer to the Contact Page!
Maximum size is A5, and pricing will be discussed after the confirmation of composition.
Modes of payment: Paypal, or Paynow/ Paylah (for local customers). Payment will proceed after the final sketch, before I start on the painting!
5. Refunds
Returns / refunds are not applicable after payment has been made.
In the unfortunate case if the order does not arrive after the projected period of time, do reach out via Instagram DM, and we will figure something out!
